In the words of Joe Weider:
"bodybuilding is a combination of sport, art and lifestyle".
This is one of the most spectacular and sophisticated sport disciplines, practiced by millions of people around the world. During the bodybuilding competition, athletes are subject to a detailed silhouette assessment which includes such aspects as:
Body symmetry and proportions
Competitors who meet the above criteria are assessed during their presentation of optional routines. It allows them to present their silhouettes in motion to the rhythm of their selected music tracks. The athletes should be able to present expanded muscle mass in combination with a minimum amount of fat and normal body proportions. When presenting their muscles in mandatory poses, they are subjected to incredible physical effort. Preparing for a bodybuilding contest requires thousands of hours of intense strength training, a strict diet and a thorough progress analysis.
The American bodybuilding star will be the Master of Ceremony during the Levrone Pro Classic, he also will do the seminars. In over 30 major bodybuilding competitions, Ray only failed to place in the top five once. Ray competed in three different decades before retiring at age 36 in 2001. Although one of the most frequent competitors in the Mr. Olympia show, the winner's title eluded him for his entire career. Nevertheless, Ray was a Top 5 Mr. Olympia Finalist for 12 Consecutive Years, a feat no other bodybuilder has duplicated. In his entire career, Ray beat every competitor he met on stage at least once, with the exception of 8-Time Mr. Olympia Lee Haney and 6-Time Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates. Ray has appeared on more Flexible Magazine covers than any bodybuilder in history and has also featured in many fitness and bodybuilding magazines worldwide.

"I always wanted to have my own PRO SHOW. It was my goal. After a successful career in body-building, it would be another exciting challenge for me. I invite the best body-builders in the world to come to Poland because body-building in Europe is loved and eagerly cultivated as a sport type. It would be fantastic if the best athletes faced off with each other in front of their European fans. In the 1990s, the Grand Prix of Europe was the most awaited competition, just after Mr. Olympia. It brought me a lot of success and great memories. The Levrone Pro Classic show is supposed to promote body-building which constitutes a foundation for athletes to achieve success in competitions such as Fitness, Men?s Physique or Bikini Fitness. I am glad that my dream will become a reality as early as on 27 February 2016!"
